On February 25, China’s Wuxi National Hi-Tech District posted a recruitment notice on mainstream media in and out of China. It is the largest global recruitment in the history of Wuxi National Hi-Tech District and the registration deadline is 16:00 on March 25, 2022. Adopting the annual salary system in principle, this recruitment offers attractive salary ranging from RMB 150,000 to 1,000,000. This time, talents for higher positions are wanted, mainly including technological and managerial positions, department heads, technical directors, special assistants to general manager, etc., most of which are department managers of state-funded enterprise.

According to the notice, a total of 150 talents are wanted this time, including 120 for state-owned enterprises and 30 for governments by category. Talents are recruited for 108 positions: 52 positions are tailored for fresh graduates, and all other positions are for experienced top-notch management and technological talents.

The most urgently demanded are investment promotion talents, accounting for about a quarter of the total, followed by technological talents in urban and rural planning, architecture, landscape architecture and other urban construction fields.

Target talents are mainly top-notch talents with master degree or above graduated from famous universities and colleges in and out of China, including about 30% PhD graduates. Specifically, favorable candidates are master and doctoral graduates from China’s “double first-class” universities and colleges, as well as THE Top 200 World Universities in 2022. Graduates with bachelor degree from THE Top 100 World Universities, Renmin University of China, Harbin Institute of Technology, Tongji University, Nanjing University and Wuhan University are also appreciated.
